Job Description: Recruitment Consultant (International Education) - Limewing Talents

Location: Liverpool

Limewing Talents, a leading international education recruitment agency based in Chengdu, China, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the field of international education, you will play a pivotal role in connecting educational institutions with top-tier professionals from around the world.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive searches and actively source potential candidates for various positions within the international education sector, including teachers, professors, administrators, counselors, and support staff.

2. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and educational institutions, fostering long-term relationships to meet ongoing recruitment needs.

3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles and educational environments.

4. Collaborate closely with educational institutions to understand their recruitment requirements and preferences, providing consultative guidance and suggesting appropriate candidate profiles.

5. Utilize various recruitment strategies, such as targeted advertising, networking, referrals, and partnerships, to attract and engage high-quality candidates.

6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, application screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market insights related to international education recruitment.

8. Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and educational institutions, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.

9. Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in the recruitment database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

10. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve individual and team recruitment targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Limewing Talents.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in education or related disciplines is advantageous.

2. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the international education sector or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of the international education industry, including an understanding of different educational systems, qualifications, and requirements.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin (Chinese). Additional languages are a plus.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, displaying exceptional customer service and consultative skills.

6. Familiarity with recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

8. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation.

10. Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or recruitment events, as required.
