Job Description: Remote Intern - Recruitment Support

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the international education sector, including teachers, professors, administrators, counselors, and support staff.
2. Conduct research and utilize online databases, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
3. Support the creation and maintenance of candidate profiles and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
4. Assist in coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
5. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates as directed by the recruitment team.
6. Contribute to social media and online marketing efforts to promote job opportunities and attract candidates.
7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other recruitment-related documents.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment techniques, and developments within the international education sector to contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
9. Collaborate effectively with the team, providing support and assistance as needed.
10. Undertake any additional tasks or projects related to recruitment and talent acquisition, as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field or a recent graduate. A degree in human resources, education, or a related discipline is advantageous.
2. Strong interest in the field of recruitment, talent acquisition, or international education.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
5. Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and other recruitment-related software.
6. Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
8. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
9. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
10. Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology to perform remote work.
